Installation Instructions:

1. Click the above link to download. Depending on your browser, the file may open automatically, causing a white disk drive icon to appear on your Desktop. If this does not happen, you will need to open the download manually by locating it in Finder (it is named hcfatrialsetup.dmg) and double-clicking it.

2. A Finder window showing the application should now be visible. If it is not, double-click the white disk drive icon on your Desktop.

3. Drag the application icon named HCFA-1500 Fill & Print into your Applications folder. Then, double-click it to begin. If you want an icon to remain in the dock, Control(CTRL)+Click on the "HCFA Form" dock icon while the program is running and select "Keep in Dock".
